At Formasian Label, we take pains to make sure you receive premium-quality products. But alas, life isn’t as perfect as we wish it to be.
We don’t like sending the wrong items to our customers, but on the very rare occasion that it does happen (we’re humans, after all), keep calm and read below paragraph.
Drop us an email with the heading “Incorrect Item”, together with a photo of the wrong item, and our friendly customer service folks will be in touch within one working day.
We pride ourselves in the quality of our products, but if ever the item you received is spoilt, drop us an email with the heading “Defective Item”, together with a photo of problem area(s), and our friendly customer service folks will be in touch within one working day.
Please take note that all returns must meet the following criteria:
- The item should be returned within 10 days of receipt.
- The item should be in its original condition – unwashed, unaltered, unworn.
- The price tag and/or label should be intact.
- Only original-price items can be returned.
- Formasian Label reserves the right to reject any returns if the item(s) do not meet the above conditions.
