Are items in my shopping cart reserved for me?
The items in your shopping cart are only reserved when you’ve completed the checkout process and received and order confirmation from us.
I can’t add the item I want to my shopping cart. What’s happening?
Opps. It means the item is out of stock. If you’d like to know if/when it’s going to be in-stock again, drop us a note!
The design I like is out of stock. Will Formasian Label be re-stocking the item?
We might consider re-stocking our popular designs if the requests are loud (or often) enough.
To get a heads-up when the item is available, drop us a note with the email heading “Restock”.
The notification is just an email informing you of item’s arrival. It does not reserve the item for you, nor do we require you to purchase the item. Restocked items are available on a first-come-first-serve basis, so be sure to place your order quickly!
Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
Yes, so you can enjoy a hassle-free shopping experience when you next shop with us!! Plus you’ll be able to see and track your order history.
It’s easy – just save your delivery address, preferred mode of payment and you’re all set!
Can I change my order or shipping method?
We tend to process our orders quickly so our customers (like you) can get their latest fashion fix soon after ordering. Once your order is in “Awaiting Fulfillment” status, we won’t be able to make any changes to the order.
Do help us ensure that your details are accurate before confirming and paying for your order.
I've paid via PayPal, but did not receive an order confirmation email from Formasian Label. Please help!
After making payment on PayPal, please click on “Return To Merchant” to get back to the Formasian Label website and complete your order. Otherwise, the order won’t get through to our fulfillment center.
After completing your order, you will receive 2 emails:
- An order confirmation from Formasian Label
- A payment confirmation from PayPal.
If you do not receive both emails, drop us a note immediately.
Do you offer any membership programme?
No, we are not offering membership at the moment.
Can I request for a specific delivery timeslot?
We are sorry that this option is not available at the moment.
My order didn’t arrive. What should I do?
Try looking up the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. If you can’t find the tracking information, drop us an email and we’ll sort it out for you.
If you received an order confirmation but not a shipping confirmation, email us too.
Can I self-collect my order?
Self-collection isn’t available at the moment, but we’re working on it!
Can I track my order?
Yes – you can even see if your parcel has been to outerspace (likely not).
When your order is shipped out from our warehouse, you’ll get a shipping confirmation email, together with a tracking number.
I entered the wrong shipping address! What should I do?
First, don’t panic. Breathe.
After catching your breath, send us an email immediately with your order confirmation number.
If your order has not been shipped, we’ll change the shipping address for you. But if the order has been shipped, we can’t change the address. The parcel will be returned to us upon unsuccessful delivery. We’ll then arrange for re-delivery, at the customer’s cost.

Of course! We wouldn’t want our customers looking like a sack or a dumpling now, would we?

Do you have a retail shop where I can try on the clothes?
We’re working on setting up our offline presence. In the mean time, if you’re dying to try out an item, drop us an email with the heading “TRY ON” and we’ll see what we can do.
